First Choice Next offers multiple ways to pay your health insurance bill.
Subscribers: You can log in to your member portal account to see your current balance, view your monthly premium, and pay your bill.
Nonsubscribers: The guest pay portal is available for anyone to make an online payment. To make a payment, you will need the subscriber’s information, including:
Date of birth
ZIP code
Last four digits of the subscriber's Social Security number OR the full billing account number from the invoice
Payment methods accepted:
Pay by credit or debit card, check, or money order.
Automatic payments will be pulled on the 26th of each month or the first business day after.
Automatic payments can be set up with a bank account or a credit/debit card.
The payment will always be for the full amount due.
Phone payments will be available as of November 1, 2026.
Payment methods accepted:
Pay with check or money order only.

Send the payment coupon with your check or money order.
Failure to send us the portion of your bill shown in the sample image (the payment coupon) may cause delays in processing your payment and may affect your ability to access your coverage.
*Payments may take three to five business days to process.
